Movie Buff? Or Totally Clueless?

I recently took a quiz testing my knowledge of movies. I failed miserably. Not surprisingly, my husband got them all right. I can’t be too disappointed as I am that person who falls asleep fifteen minutes into a film or makes it through only to realize right before it’s over that I know how it ends. But still, one out of twenty correct? Yikes.

In an attempt to see if I am alone in my lack of film trivia I am writing a test for our blog readers to take. I invite you to take it, score yourself and then share the number you got correct. The answer key is below so no peeking

1)      “They may take our lives, but they’ll never take our freedom!”

2)      “These go to eleven.”

3)      “I’m walking here! I’m walking here!”

4)      “I’m just one stomach flu away from my goal weight.”

5)      “They call it a royal with cheese.”

6)      “Wax on, wax off.”

7)      “I have always depended on the kindness of strangers.”

8)      “I’m also just a girl, standing in front of a boy, asking him to love her.”

9)      “I’m having an old friend for dinner.”

10)   “Shaken, not stirred.”

11)   “The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn’t exist.”

12)   “You don’t understand! I could’ve had class. I could’ve been a contender. I could’ve been somebody, instead of a bum, which is what I am.”

13)   “Road? Where we’re going we don’t need roads.”

14)   “You’ve got to ask yourself one question: ‘Do I feel lucky?’ Well, do ya punk?”

15)   “Leave the gun. Take the Cannoli.”

16)   “I’m serious. And don’t call me Shirley.”

17)   “I drink your milkshake!”

18)   “When you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible.”

19)   “As if!”

20)   “Here’s Johnny!”
